How would/should one create a workout schedule, if he/she works evening shift?

Asked: How would/should one create a workout schedule, if he/she works evening shift?

I am determined to shed unhealthy weight, but i am having difficulty finding time to exercise. I work a 3-11pm shift, 5 days a week. I get home late, and often sleep until a couple of hours before work.

Should i workout in the morning? How often should i workout to actually shed pounds?

So I really need to lose weight. Dieting can be a bit difficult since I have a gluten intolerance. When I go on a diet, I essentially do a low carb diet because I really don't have another option. I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis which make consistent exercise hard. I need some kind of cardio I can do when I am lethargic. Also, I hurt my knee cap recently which pretty much threw everything off. I just want a consitant plan.It really sucks when I work hard to lose weight but my body has a problem that derails my progress completely!

I'm sixteen years of age, do not start with the lectures on the number.
You're probably thinking "She's only sixteen, why does she want to lose weight"
Because i'm very over-weight for my height (5'11) and I need help in what to do to make this go down before the summer? I'm talking extremely good workouts. I already know my diet plan, it isn't hard to cut sweets/sugars and high calorie meals from myself, I in-fact enjoy fruit, vegetables and water which Is a huge help. I'm home 24/7 at the moment, due to awaiting my scores for college. But I want to start a new chapter in my life healthy and confident. Can anyone please help by offering me a good way to lose weight really fast? No diet pills please. I have an exercise bike and weight's though not quite sure in what to do with them. ASAP PLEASE! Serious Answers! Thank you!

Skipping breakfast+lunch and only eating dinner
Eating celery for breakfast and lunch then eating a normal dinner
